Team Project – Oral Presentation



Objectives
When you have completed this application, you will be able to:
Define communication and describe the value for communication in business.
Prepare effective answers to questions often asked in job interviews.
Apply the effective use of voice and wireless technologies in business communications.
Instructions
Think through your progress and identify five business communication skills that you have either learned for the first time or developed during this course.
In your team, discuss the skills identified by each member and compile your ideas into a top five list reflecting team consensus.
Take Action
Create a six-slide (PowerPoint) presentation, with a title slide and five slides that describe each of the five skills identified.  Follow the 7 x 7 rule, and include powerful images related to the specific skill/s. Be sure to explain how each skill could help in terms of your declared major/s.
Next, narrate the PowerPoint slides - 5-7 minutes total. The team can decide who narrates. Assume that your audience is a cross-section of business leaders expressing interest in hiring UHD/COB majors.
Important Reminders - DO NOT cut/post the assignment to the Submission Board.
DO NOT write a message in the Submission Board.
DO NOT submit the assignment via Course Message. I will NOT accept the submission.
Submit the assignment-one per team- as an attached file in the –Named Assignment Dropbox.  Name the file- use your Team Number and Oral Presentation (Ex. Team8Oral Presentation).
