RESEARCH PAPER & COMMENTS:  Post in the Research Paper Forum a 5-page-minimum research paper on EITHER a (i) government agency, or (ii) an international law topic.  To identify a topic, review chapters 13 & 15-21; read the newspaper and go online!  Your research paper must be organized as follows:

1. Explain Background: Research and explain general background information about the government agency/international law topic you selected. [1-2 pages]

2.   Identify & Explain The Problem: Identify a specific issue or problem.  Explain in as much detail as possible why this issue matters to individuals, business and society.  The more research and stats used to explain the problem the better.  Why should we care?  [1-2 pages]

3.    Proposed Legal Solutions:  Discuss the various legal solutions that have been proposed to help solve this problem, and explain all of the arguments both in favor and against each one.  Identify all parties involved and their interests at stake.  Discuss what the parties think and the reasons given for their position.   [2-5 pages]

 4.  Your Opinion: Discuss your personal opinion on whether the various legal solutions proposed are advisable, or whether a different approach is needed.  Maybe we should do nothing and leave the status quo? Whatever you think, provide specific reasons/facts to support your opinion.  [1-3 pages] 

 5.      Bibliography:  At least 3 sources.
