This project must be organized around the premise that I have recently been promoted from my current job(Paralegal Assistant) to the next management level above that job(Executive Legal Secretary). I must now fine a replacement for myself and then supervise that person in my previous position. Conduct a job analysis exercise giving specific details and produce a job description; develop a recruitment plan using the job description; develop a selection strategy plan that must include testing interviewing(the type of test, who is being tested and the kind of question that are being asked).Design a compensation package for the person hired, using realistic pay and bonus scales; develop a performance appraisal system; design a training and development plan with metrics and a timeline.
