The homework is mostly done i just need a bit of help fixing it.
Part one-
all that needs to be done is fix the rgb to cmyk function and have the program output properly. this program should read RGB values from a text file("colorsdot") and convert them   to cmyk avalues and regect negative values.

this is a bit more complex. I wrote most of it already but i cant figure out how to have it output properly. the jist of the
program. read RGB values from a file("image") into three 10x10 arrrays  then convert them to cmyk then output them.
