Transcriptional Control of Genes in plants

Hi, Im struggling to convert some values from mM to nanomoles. AND to calculate nmoles NO2- produced per minute per gram of tissue. Please show me a full calculation Method.

This was a Investigation on Transcriptional Control of Genes in plants:
Nitrate is assimilated in the leaves of higher plants by the enzymes nitrate reductase and nitrite reductase, the ammoniaproduced is incorporated into amino acids.
NO3- Red NO2-Red
NO3- NO2- NH4+
I Need help to convert values of NaNo2 solution in mM to nmoles .(see attachment please) and also From this to determine the activity of NO3 reductase in leaf tissue as nmoles NO2- produced per minute per gram of tissue( see attachment please). A full calculation method would help me please.AT A TIME PERIOD OF (45MINUTES) at 30degrees celsius
